How Redacted works
A simple, transparent process for reporting, reviewing, and enforcing bans across Discord servers.
Report & ban workflow
01
A report is submitted
Via /report in Discord or the web form.
02
Evidence is collected
Screenshots, videos, links — each with a written description of what it shows.
03
Manual review
Admins review the full report, accept or reject it based on the evidence.
04
Global enforcement
Accepted reports trigger bans across all servers with enforcement enabled.
DM notification
Before enforcement, the reported user receives a DM explaining the ban reason and how to appeal. The message includes the report ID and a link to the appeal server.
Dashboard & commands
Web dashboard
Server admins can toggle enforcement, set log channels, and manage bot settings per server. Users can track their reports and submit new ones.
